Discovery Day – Edinburgh – 22 February

Discovery Days are a great way to find out about and experience a little bit of Godly Play. We always start with a full Godly Play Session. There is plenty of time for questions, to look at the resources and to wonder about the different types of Godly Play stories. This Discovery Day will be held at the Godly Play Scotland centre, in the basement of Duddingston Kirk's Manse*, Edinburgh. The day starts at 10am and will finish by 4pm. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided, but please bring your own lunch. The cost of the day is £15 and you can book here ... *The post code covers quite a big area, and will take you to Duddingston Kirk. Circle – Edinburgh – 18th January 2025

Godly Play Circles are a chance to catch up, maybe borrow some story materials, eat some cake and, of course, listen to and wonder about a story together. Our story for this circle will be from the collection of Gott im Spiel Jesus Stories - written in the style of Godly Play. Everyone is welcome, whether you have been trained in Godly Play or you are new to it and wondering what it is. There is no need to book and there's no charge....

As we grow close to the Mystery of Christmas, we need a little time to be ready and what better way, than with fellow storytellers, listening to and wondering about a story, and feasting. All are welcome, whether you are curious about what Godly Play is, are a seasoned storyteller or just need a little time away from the busyness of advent. There is no charge and no need to book....

Circle – Edinburgh – 30 November

At a Godly Play Circle, we gather together with cake and warm drinks to catch up with fellow storytellers and then have a story and wondering session. This month we are looking at a story written in the style of Godly Play about St Andrew as we are meeting on St Andrew's Day. All are welcome, whether you have been trained in Godly Play or not. No need to pre-book....
