This Book Group is hosted by Alex\, on behalf of Godly Play Magyarország (Hungary). \nOur Book Group is on Zoom and will meet on six times\, on Wednesday evenings\, starting on the 28 October and finishing on the 9 December.  We meet between 8pm and 9pm. \nThe dates are: \n\n28 October – Chapter 1 – Children’s Spirituality: What is it?\n11 November – Chapter 2 – Children’s Spirituality: How Important is it?\n18 November – Chapter 3 – Encountering Children’s Spirituality\n25 November – Chapter 4 – Nurturing Children’s Spirituality 1: Some General Principles\n2 December* – Chapters 5 – Nurturing Children’s Spirituality 2: Spiritual Practices\n9 December – Chapters 6 – Christian Thought and Imagery About Children & Frequently Asked Questions\n\n* Alex has double booked herself that evening\, so we will have a chat together on when to reschedule. \nIf you don’t have a copy of the book\, don’t let that stop you … we have some to lend out. \nSign me up for the Book Group … \nPlease note\, Godly Play Hungary are managing the signups.

SUMMARY:Godly Play Circle 'At Home' - Edinburgh 12th December 10:15 am
DESCRIPTION:You might have heard that Godly Play Scotland are looking for a new home. \nThat made us wonder about other places to meet for Circles … old home … new home … at home … \nAt Home Circles are\, well\, just that: At Home. Specifically the home of one of the Godly Play Scotland trainers. \nAnd apart from the change of venue – and one of the participants being a small dog – everything else will be pretty much the same. \nAll Godly Play Circles are a chance to catch up\, maybe borrow some story materials\, eat some cake (it’s Advent\, so mince pies\, too) and\, of course\, listen to and wonder about a story together. \nOur story for this circle will be The Advent Wreath. \nEveryone is welcome\, whether you have been trained in Godly Play or you are new to it and wondering what it is. \nBecause this is in the home of one of our trainers\, we are asking people to book\, then we’ll share the address by text. As ever\, there is no charge to come along to a circle\, just bring yourself. \nYou can book here … \n
