DESCRIPTION:Storyteller and Door Person Accredited Training \nSaint Andrew’s Episcopal Church\, St Andrews \nTuesday 13th\, Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th October 2026 \nOur Storyteller and Door Person Accredited Training takes an immersive\, hands-on approach\, helping participants to understand the process and the theory of Godly Play. \nWe do this through storytelling\, reflection\, and practice. Storyteller and Door Person Accredited Training is a mixture of trainer led and participant storytelling sessions – so you have the opportunity to tell a story as part of the course and\, see and wonder about 14 other stories. \nThis is a non-residential course. Each day starts at 8:30am and finishes at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday\, and 5pm on Thursday. \nThe course fee is £315. The fee includes training\, handbook\, lunch\, morning and afternoon refreshments. \nWe are offering early bird (10%) discount for bookings made before 26th August 2026\, and second mouse* (5%) discount for bookings made between then and 14th September. \nGodly Play Trainers and core training – Storyteller and Door Person – are accredited by the Godly Play Foundation\, and meet the standards set out by the Godly Play International Council. The trainers for this course are Michelle Brown and Jessica Lang. \nThe venue is the Godly Play room in Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church\, Queen’s Terrace\, St Andrews KY16 9QF. \nYou can book here … \nor scan the QR code: \n \nPlease note that the Godly Play room in Saint Andrews Episcopal Church is only accessible via a flight of stairs.
